As many of you may know I have got my e30 back from the paint shop and am now fitting it up, I have fitted the sunroof tracks on both side but they are not in line with each other any ideas how to resolve this??

Remove the motor assembly (which will allow the cables to slide), set the tracks on both sides to full tilt, use the switch to set the motor to full tilt, then bolt it up again.
