13 button OBC - illuminated but no display

Hi Guys,

Just a quick one...

13 button OBC, the lcd screen is illuminated and shows two dots.. But apart from that, nothing.. No display or buttons do anything.

Is it really the lamps behind despite being illuminated? or is my LCD screen or a component dead.

All help appreciated before I buy another!
