Hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone can "read" glass markings.

I'm demolesting a sport and can't tell what glass is under the tint...

It should be green, but as the word "green" is nowhere to be found I'm wondering if there's any way to tell what it is?

Removing tint is horrible, so if I can confirm the glass isn't green it can go straight in the bin and I can save my finger nails.

I'll put some pics up when I get home as I'm pretty sure some glass isn't original.

If there's no way, other than removing the tint, to find out what colour the glass is, anyone got any tips?

Thanks

Assuming you have a Tech 2 turd. ALL UK facelift cars had green tint glass. Obviously some REALLY twisted individual may have replaced it with nasty bronze tat AND then made it even worse by tinting it, but unlikely. Eurocarparts sell an excellent product that makes short work of the nasty glue residue left when removing the scummy council film. It is made by Normfest and called 'Terpanol Power' Don't ask me why the strange name but it does work, very well.

Spot on with assumptions and advice as always!

Cheers Pete.
