Hi all, been trying to diagnose my slightly rough running at 2k rpm, plugged it into a diagnostic jobby today hoping to find a duff sensor and quick fix. Got instead 217 CAN: Timeout AGS/EGS. As far as I can find out, this means no signal from the traction control module
I'm not sure if this is going to be causing this slight roughness, seems unlikely. Will I need to somehow sort this so Ecu gets a signal? Does anyone have any bright ideas?
Engine is M52 B28 from '96 e38 by the way.
