exhaust mounts

Hi, what have people done to mount their exhausts to the gearbox mount plate? I rejigged and aftermarket one I had fitted but it has very little give in it and I think this is causing vibration through the box mounts (M52 with twin pipe system)

Unless you have an overweight standard exhaust full of rust you will be fine to leave it off, as you said if the mount is not soft enough you just get vibrations through it

Thanks Dan, I'll whip it off, see if it improves
