Hi guys
i need a bit of help, 325 cabby running warm, checked viscous fan and its stuttering. did the newspaper test clutch not working, bought replacement coupling but when i checked it this morning fan was tuning ok.when i got to work fan stationary but pulley spinning. any help would be very welcome

Check your engine mounts - fan is probably touching the cowling.
