I've got water in my rear drivers side footwell. Looks like it's coming from the hole that the fuel pipe comes through. Appreciate if someone knows the cause and fix. Thanks

??? Fuel pipe doesn't come into the cabin. There is a steel tube containing vent pipes that crosses part of the rear seat pan, but this is welded at each end.Awarded wrote:. Looks like it's coming from the hole that the fuel pipe comes through.
Is it JUST the rear footwell that's getting wet?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, it is the steel tube. Yes it is just the rear footwell. The water isn't coming from the pipe, just from where the pipe enters the cabin. Thanks

There is a three inch round metal plate, right under the middle of the driver's seat, (and another under the passenger seat) that is held in place by three lugs and twists into place.
The most common cause of water in the rear footwells is one of these plugs coming loose, usually because of rust attacking one of the lugs.
