I need help to source a matching pump or if anyone knows if its possible to fix it as its very noisy?

When mine died, I bought an original Bosch pump made for e34. It was coming with the big plastic round housing. I broke the housing and transplanted the pump into e30 pump housing. It worked and sound disappeared. Worked for 2 years and now making little noise again. I guess it may be due to rusty and leaking fuel tank which I am gonna soon replace.

That's not a pump! The three pin connector is for the level gauge and low fuel light. If it was the version with a lift pump as well it would have another two pin connector.
Your pump is an external one, mounted just in front of the left rear wheel.
