So now any one that has for sale a LSD 3.91 or 3.64?
Hi there I have found a 4.10 LSD that is for sale!
Is the 4.10 too 'short' will affect top speed?? Someone told me that the top speed will be not more than 100mph???
Will be the highway cruising ok or at 120-130km the rpm will be 4500??
Please advice asap.
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance

A 4.10:1 will make any long distance run very tiresome as the engine will be revving higher with more noise. Even though there isn't a huge gap between a 3.91:1 and 4.10:1, I wouldn't go shorter than the 3.91:1.
Also the E30 4.10:1 LSDs are usually small case diffs which possibly won't last too long if pushed hard in a 325i.
An LSD won't improve acceleration, just your chances of getting sideways.

I know that will not improve allot the acceleration but it will improve a bit and I will have an LSD!! If I am going to pay I would like the best combination at least!!
Thanks
No I am not in the UK but postage can be arranged!!jmc330i wrote:Are you in the UK?
In the UK, the 3.91:1 LSD was standard on the 325i Sport, but could be specced from new on any 325i if the buyer wanted.
Do you know anyone that has such a diff for sale??
