Hi just starting to attack all the rust and corrosion on my car and I'm wondering how to remove and treat the White powdery corrosion on wing mirrow bases. Any chemicals to neutralise it before painting cheers.

I would just sand them down and fill any pitted holes and then use some acid etch primer
