Halloo!

Is a driveshaft guibo a universal piece for bmw's ? or is it specific to the differential, or driveshaft?

In other words, does per example a guibo from a e30 320i fit a 324td driveshaft ?

Same across most E30s, including the 324td auto, but the manual version of the 324td uses the larger version used on the E30 M3, and also later BMWs, such as some E36s, E34s and E39s.
All taken from the ETK.
There is also an E36 guibo that is the same size as the normal E30 one, BUT has 12mm bolt holes instead of 10mm.

E36 guibo from the 328i is the same as the e30 M3 or M34 535i guibo (the larger size)
