Stupid question but can't seem to get it right!?!?

Ok 87 m20 running a dual port internal wastegate! I have looked for the past week on the way to hook up my cheap ass boost controler that I got off eBay! Yes I know eBay sucks but not going to spend a lot of money on the one I don't want. Can any one till me what's the right way to have the vac lines I can't seem to get it right! Thanks [/list]
