How do you know if these are genuine Alpina? they're19 inch

There not real. Tyre valve should be behind the center cap.

20 spokes would indicate they are genuine are they on a e39?

Nope, not quite

As per Blitz post, the valve gives is away.

If you want to be 100% sure that they are reps pull of the centre cap (which also looks fake) and look for an Alpina stamp

The spoke with the valve is hollow. They may all be hollow.
