Can I use these springs as a set up on their own?

Tight budget right now but need to replace the 325 springs I have in at the minute. (Got sold them as 325i Sports) Can't do shocks, top mounts, bushes ect because of budget.
has anyone got a picture of these springs in a 325i Sport pre facelift on their own? Is this even a good idea?
Also just came across h&r's super sports, these are 40mm and might be a better drop? Can anyone confirm this?
