If a BMW part is NLA, then it's NLA, unless you can find somewhere with new old stock tucked away somewhere, or enough inquiries prompt BMW to order up a few. You might possibly find an aftermarket new copy somewhere, but it won't be a 82119413147.
There are plenty of these torches around that haven't ever been removed from their holders, and are as new, although the batteries might be getting tired. They can be opened up with care however, and the batteries replaced.

iv got a stack of these that i intended to repair does anyone know how is best to reattach the wires to the batteries and the 2 batteries to each other
