cyl head gasket and lower gasket set question

hello,

always I use victor reinz or elring gasket before with good experience, but for building m20 I have difficulty to obtain both brand locally.

try searching in the ebay and found many many range of price but seller not write the brand, does is it safe to choose any gasket for cyl head without know the brand?

any suggestion what and where should I use?
