I have one spark plug that is not coming out (M42). What are my options?

Fill the gap around the plug with WD40 or similar and leave it overnight.

All of the above, and when it moves don't try to wind it straight out in one, or it might bring the threads in the head with it.
One third of a turn out, then one quarter of a turn back in. Repeat many times, keeping a puddle of WD40 around the threads all the time, which will hopefully work its way down the threads. Keep working it back and forth until it moves freely by hand turning the plug spanner body with no bar fitted to it for leverage.
