Just got back from the garage up the road where I had new bushes pressed in. Noticed on one, the arrow is slightly off the mark. Is going to cause issues or is there a bit of leverage?

It will change the suspension geometry marginally on that side. There is a 50% chance that it will bring the geometry closer to what it should be, and a 50% chance it will make it marginally worse.

Either way I'm sure it will be an improvement from how it was before.

Really fractional change.

When doing the sus setup on the race cars we found that it was about 5% change before the driver noticed anything and even then we are talking tiny change.
Now a road car with lots of rubber elsewhere.....
