Red e30 318is with m50 conversion Edinburgh.

Bit of a long shot here, but does anyone know of someone with a red e30 with an m50 conversion done in or near Edinburgh? The car was for sale on Car and classic, and looked very tidy. I called the guy at the start of the year about the car, and seeing as i was 2 mins away he suggested i go for a look in his driveway while he was at work. I did, the car was covered in light snow, but looked great. I was counting on some money coming my way at the time for me to buy the car but it didn't happen. So i never followed it up. I am now in the position to by a car. Car and classic have now removed contact details for the owner. The car is marked as sold, but it was also marked sold when i called initially. I stopped by his house last week when i was passing to find he had moved! I remember the guy telling me he was a roofer possibly owning his own company? He also mentioned he owned other M cars. I can't remember his name either. The car is still on Car and classic albeit marked as sold. Does anyone know if this car is still for sale? Finding a tidy/clean e30 is becoming a bit of a task i think you will all agree.
