The car is a M40 318i shell

The rad fits ok but the bottom side parts of the rad are completely different to the mounts

The rad is e36 M52B28

a few pics

The car brackets are plastic, does anyone know if these can be changed so they fit the e36 rad profile?

thanks

You need a drivers side E30 cup mount to go in the passenger side then put the rubber bungs on the rad and it will sit nice. :D

Have you got an old E30 rad laying about? It should have two round rubber bungs/feet that fit the the plastic cups. These rubber feet just pull off the rad.
