m20 turbo conversion little help

Hi ya guys ive got a black sport 2.5 im thinking of doing a turbo conversion on it in my spare time. while off on my weekends what sort of parts would i need etc and what gains could i see im thinking of carrying out the conversion myself.Only mechanical work ive done is changed my brake pads fuel pump cam sensor little things but im confident i could give it a go.and what sort of budge would i need to see around 260bhp thanks and hope to hear from you soon
any relevant posts of home done conversions with pictures would be nice.

There's a whole part of the forum dedicated to Turbos and Forced induction, so you'll get proper answers by asking in there.

Bear in mind this is not a bolt-on job - if you don't have skills like welding or programming the engine management system, then you will be spending $$$.
