Does anybody know how much power upgrades can a standard clutch take?

I found the limits with my M52 3.0 build, approx 240hp and Lbft, but this was only after a mornings abuse around Oulton Park, started to slip when hot in the afternoon at high revs.
I now use a standard Sachs cover and a 5 paddle sprung centre plate without problems

Thanks for your answers gentlemen.
It is a m20 engine with lighned flywheel revs well but think it might have clutch issues put standard clutch in it but when first started it was not convinced the clutch will take it,
What lbft did you get from m52 stroker if you do not mind?

When tested just after building with standard 2.8 ECU, cams and a crappy M20 exhaust it pulled 239Lbft
