What is the recommended et for running on a 325i ? And could I fit et35 without any issues or do I need spacers adaptors and a lot of work doing to get them to fit ?

The et required will be different depending on the width of the wheels. What width wheels are you thinking of using?

35 does sound a bit high though and you may need spacers. Standard 15" BBS are 7J et 24, you can put this and your new wheel specs into this website to compare them:

As above. Standard 7in are et24.

Go wider and you tend to need a lower offset to stop the inside of the wheel hitting the front strut.

You could probably get away with an et 35 on a 7in, but they'd sit better on the car with a 12mm spacer, which would make them et 23.
cheers,
