Removing towing eye?

Hi all.. I'm fitting a front mtech valance to my 325 and went to pop it on but it only seems to have one hole for a towing hole where as my standard 325 has 2 towing eyes!? Easy to remove or should I just take an angl grinder to I o fit the valance? Any help is muc appreciated. Thank Justin

I took my second towing off with a hacksaw when I fitted my mtech 1 front valance. It's either that or hack a hole in the valance itself.

From the BMW fitting instructions: "On cars from 09/85 on, the left side towing eye must be cut off."
