There's been a few threads on here lately about sound proofing so I thought I would chip in. When I did my rear shelf and kick panels I wasnt prepared to pay the price for Dynamat so I went to my local builders merchant and bought a flashing roll normaly used for roofing. It was Ԛ£6 for a roll 100mm x 10 meters, it was more than enough to completely cover the shelf and kick panels and is very easy to work with (the hotter the better). I just used sharp scissors and a small decorators roller to get out any air bubbles, might not be as good as dynamat but for the money I was very happy with the results and will be doing the boot with it before I fit my sub. :burn:

So was that 100mm x 10 meters ?

Seems a funny size.
