m20b23 Turbo

Hi, I have a bmw project on time, it is not an e30 but e21 with e30 m20b23 engine with l-tronic injection from 1985. Having now planned to put the turbo on the car. I thought to get around 200-220 horsepower.
never mounted turbo before, but do you have any suggestions on what turbo I should go?, How big jets?, seeing that there are many m20b25 turbo chips on the market with no m20b23 turbo chips, but these go along? Considering that the b23 and b25 have two have differing injection systems, I need to replace the fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator? Steel Head gasket for lower compression which you would have preferred?

id stick a 2.5 m20 in it and swap the loom over standard head gasket and a set of arp and your good to go to much messing about with a b23
