Could you give me prices for the following parts please?

Parts:
Headlamp adjusters for both low beam lamps. Original ones rusted.
Black roof trim that runs up passenger side of windscreen and along the roof, including any fixings and the clip that attaches it at the rear to the rest of the trim.
Black body rubbing strip on driver's side front wing plus fixings.
Leather gear knob with 5 speed diagram and M Sport colours.
P&P costs, although I might collect.
