Those rims are extraordinary 
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is
4.5 inch wide 14" Steelz with 185 section tyres, so designed to make the rubber act as part of the suspension. With the BL recommended 22psi they handle like a double bed. My old Man used to whack 30 psi his company 1700HL, transfomed the handling. He was a bit of a speed merchant in the 70's. CVH479V had a hard life.
