i have a a car in for a central locking problem, so i un-stitched the alarm as it was tapped in too the two wires in the central locking loom going down by the passengers from speaker, so then all wiring soldered back up correctly.

nothing happens via the drivers door lock when using the key so
When i try locking the car by operating the drivers door solonoid by hand the relay clicks once when it goes down and once when pulled up

the micro switch has no effect ,but when i plug one in directly to the door (inside the door)loom and operate manualy the only solonoid that works is the fuel flap one and it goes up and down as if there's a fault in the circuit

any help would be apreciated.

All the lock motors are connected in parallel to the same pair of wires leaving the ECU, so if the fuel flap motor works and the others don't, then either there's a wiring fault preventing power reaching them (very unlikely for the boot motor), they are unplugged, or jammed (which usually means burnt out, in which case they won't move by hand either.)

The micro switch arm had dislodged from the pin in the drivers door and 2 solonoids replaced.
