Currently converting my E30 Auto to a Manual, but having a wee bit of trouble, hopefully someone on here can give me abit of guidance, pic below shows the connector block from my E30:

But when I've been looking online for which wires to cut/splice the wires look to be a completely different colours:

Has anybody come across this problem before, I'm thinking it's maybe cause my E30 is a pre-facelift.
Any help would be much appreciated
