Welcome to the Zone!
They give typical gains of 8-12bhp, a raised rev limit, and improved driveability as they remove the flat spots inherent in the standard program.
Driven normally, you can also expect to see a 2-3mpg improvement in fuel consumption.
I can supply either Mild or Wild for £35 posted - see my ad below for further details.

You say you've " just got a 325i". A very good choice, but before you even consider a 'chip' for it, you should make sure it's performing as it was when it left the factory!
This normally involves such things as having the injectors reconditioned (just £10 each), dealing with numerous small air leaks on the inlet side of things, checking the operation of the TPS and AFM, removing any tat like cone air filters and making sure that the preset factory adjustments for the throttle stop and AFM haven't been played with.

I have sorted all the air leaks because I have had that issue already. It's a great car I just would like a little more power

Lots of satisfied Zoners would disagree with you, but as per Brian's post, ensure it's as it should be before attempting any tuning.
