Rang up to speak to the car parts specialists.


BMW Parklane: "Can I take your name"
Me: Robert.. Graham.
Parklane:... Robert Green?
Me: Robert Graham.. G.R.A.H.A.M
Parklane... Strange way to spell Green.


Then took them 5 minutes to decipher my accent when I was giving them my phone number :surrender:


It appears elocution lessons are needed. :(

English dude in my work can understand the Kenyan cleaner who's English is terrible but as soon as he talks to me "Hmm, What, sorry?"
