Need help with M50B25

So I am somewhat new to the zone, I've done a lot of reading on the site but this is my first actual post. I have a 1989 E30 325is and I want to do a M50b25 (NON VANOS) Turbo setup on the car. I heard a lot of parts I can reuse off my car since it's already 325i and some parts are interchangeable between the two. I'm just wondering what I would need to complete a swap like this already having the 325is. Also can I use the same gear box? I've seen it done with the m52b28 with some mods but haven't seen anything with the m50b25. Any input would help, hopefully you guys can help me out!
