Hey chaps.

In the mini scene we have loads of sites to buy nuts, bolts, accessories, parts etc. I can't seem to find anything like it for BMWs?

Sites like http://www.minispares.com or http://www.minisport.com

Does anything like that exist, other than GSF/ECP?

I need 4 downpipe nuts, for example.. do I really have to visit a BMW dealer for them?

All from BMW only , they are not expensive , get part numbers from realoem or bmwminiparts , then ring your local dealer or post in here in the Cotswold section

BMW is a decent mail order place. A network of thousands of locations with a factory in germany still pumping out new parts... this isn't some British Leyland shit!

I buy my parts from a dealer in Latvia... courier delivers them in 72 hours.

Once. You've got your part numbers. You can order from BMW through this website. Gets you a discount too..

There's also this place: http://www.bmminiparts.com/ , run by a zone member IIRC, who seems to buy up job lots of excess stock from BMW.
