Ok I've taken the old bushes off the arm and theyre sitting on my kitchen table, firmly wedged in their collars.

Is pressing these out (and the new ones in) a job most good garages could do easily?

Old ones can be cut out with a hacksaw if you remove most of the rubber first. New ones can just about be pushed in with an engineers vice.
