On the E36 328i loom there is a positive wire that runs from the power distribution box to a terminal on the e36 fusebox. Since the engine is going into an E30, this wire can be removed as the E30 fusebox has its own seperate wire for live coming straight out the fusebox.
On the end that connects to the terminal in the E36 fusebox, crimped to the live feed is also a thin red wire which runs seperate to the live feed and goes to 1 of the 3 E36 loom relays. What does this relay do and can I remove the red postive wire going to it?
