Thanks for that, you won't beleive it, but, I bought an M3 and have just found out it's got it, done 3000 miles ago. Found the invoices, rang him up and he confirmed it. What a Christmas present, thought it was faster than my '90 215 bhp M3.

Could you do me a favour and photo copy it, and send it to me.

Cheers m8

Thanks, it's a '86 Euro M3, conversion done in Dec 2003, 5000 klm ago. Looking at the invoices it's had what you said, 2430 cc and it rev's to 7000, also got front and back braces. New como's and Bridgestone tyres.
Got the BBS wheels, they need refurbing tho.

The wheels are Comomotve Motorsport 5 spoke, spare wheels BBS 16" as I say they need refurbing been quoted Ԛ£40 per wheel.

It's black got to mint it, when it's back from the MOT, I'll take some shots and send them to you.

Yep, does look good, passed MOT, electric roof needs fixing, 6 button clock needs replacing, battery in tacko, needs replacing. Works after a long run, then powers down. Leather needs feeding

But thats about it on the bad points.

I thought it was a standard M3 with badges.

No probs Herman, you can pay me back by giving me the keys to your car and 5-lap ticket for the Nurburgring... it's only fair!!

Enjoy your ACS! It's a nice motor.

Here you go mate, ISBN 0-7603-0171-9

It was published in '96, and is heavily U.S. influenced, but plenty of good info on all the M-cars, ACS, and particularly Alpina.
