has any one fitted poly bushs to a car with lowered stiff suspention and does it make any difference the reason i ask is i am lowering my 325 stiff ebaich springs and possibly bilstien shocks i have also bought a pair if strut braces (recent good group buy ) and wondered if it was worth it the car will have the odd track day but will mostly be on the road i have heard the ride is hard and some times uncofutable ????? any help.................................j
