Seat belt warning panel

Just a quick question regarding the seat belt warning panel that were fitted to the the e30 for the American market ,can these be retro fitted to a uk spec car ? And if so is it just plug and play cheers .

Yes I think the seat belt stalk has a wire coming off it , I just need to know if it is check control panel with the seat belt warning sign is compatible with the uk cars ?.
