i had a quote from injectortune on here and they asked if i wanted payment details when they sent the £82 inc return post quote.I've sent them 2 emails,one on Sunday and one on Monday night but still no reply so i don't think they will be getting my business ,they don't even give you a contact phone number which is shit imo .

I wanted mine done by him and back within a week, it took days for a reply , then days to reply to my reply, then the same quote, about 2 days later , then me saying yes details please , then days again for a reply , which I think was again a bit vague , I said yesssss details please , then by the time he'd sent address and paymet details about 4 days later id already found someone else had them done and back in my hand by the time he'd sent the details, very slow long winded to deal with I found

In support of Injectortune, you have to weigh up the fact that he provides the best service on the Zone, plus a Zone discount (60 quid for 6 injectors), versus the fact that he's a small enterprise that's very popular, and therefore there's a queue.

Today's attitude of "I want it done yesterday!" doesn't really apply here. He was willing to ship my injectors to Poland at no extra cost, and I got a full before-and-after diagnostic on my injectors. Great service IMO, if you've got a little patience.

Injector tune did mine last year, from first email to receiving the furbed injectors was less than a week, maybe he's on holiday?

my quote was £75 + £7 post so no discount there and contacted through the zone
not giving a contact tel number on your website isn't the best business plan if you ask me .

i don't want them done yesterday, i have until the 14th to get them back but a reply would be nice

sending the payment details with the quote in the first email would be the way forward .

Injectortune refurbed mine, also less than a week. Very good service and test chart before and after.

Old parts returned with injectors (you could see the state they were in). Immediate improvement in performance and mpg, zone discount, highly recomended.

I used him last year, although the injector clean made a massive difference I agree email responses were very very slow.

They were also returned to the wrong address even though I sent the return address details in the package with the injectors as requested. Which took much faffing about with the post office to recover them.

injectortune did mine a few months back, got in touch with them via ebay. got the injectors back within 3 day. had 6 m30b35 injectors done think it cost me about £90 all in

Mick, i paid £82 inc post as well for my 6 m52 injectors. Email replies were slow and short, but was quick service once i had sent them off

Injectortune did my injectors for my S14 they were back within 5 days as stated above a readout of before/after and old parts in a bag.
