Few questions

Need to dash lights any info on taking the dash clocks out and when you 1st start it up if you put it in reveries it cuts out its an auto 316i the revs smooth out after a min once started any info on that would be great any my demist doesn't work the button lights up but that's it any help on theses would be GREAT

2) No idea what you want to do to the dash, or why, but here's the removal procedure:

3) It cuts out when you select reverse? Is that from hot or cold, or every single time?

4) You need to see if 12V is reaching the rear window, and whether it's grounded properly. Use a multimeter.

5) Next time, full stops in your text would really be appreciated.
