Hi guys,

Unfortunately as pictured my touring has a rust issue on the c pillar. is the black trim infront of the bonded window separate? or does it have to come out as part of the window?
Would be ideal if the black trim was separate, as that's where the access any tips on getting it out?

Looking at the Realoem page it appears to be separate:

The trim piece is bonded onto the window all along the edge that couched the glass (from memory) and there's a few blobs on the trim then as well holding it to the pillar.

Just so you know, the trim is nla (on one side anyway).

I ripped on of a scrapper to find out but I haven't thought of a way of getting it of undamaged, any tips?

I have a new one for one of the sides, the other one went nla between pricing and ordering :(

Have even been thinking of taking a mould of it and making it out of fibre glass.

I just used a bit of wire in a sawing motion up the side, must admit I bent it a bit :(, but i`m not a perfectionist, as long as it stays on the road and looks presentable i`m easily pleased!
