Has anybody lowered just the front end 30mm? Or is it not recommended?
I am happy with the ride height at the back but the front looks like it's on stilts!

I think if you lowered the front, it would highlight just how high the rear is (if you get what I mean?)
The rear may also be slightly lower due to collapsed beam bushes. If you've not replaced them, get them checked first. If they need replacing, do them first to get the ride height where it should be.
Then decide if just 30mm at the front is what you need.
