Rear Light Issue

Do the rear lights share a fuse?

My problem is the left rear light is not working. I figured it was the bulb but it is not. The rear fogs have also stopped working but reverse and brake lights work fine...

Any suggestions welcomed, Thanks.

Tail lights are fused separately from each other, however, each tail light is on the same fuse as the corresponding front side light.
Fuse for the left side is 22.
