After all the head scratching, Researching and help from E30 Zone, I found out what was causing the engine not to rev past 4000rpm when warm!

It was easy an easy fix and cost me nothing.

The fuel pipes from the fuel rail were touching the heater matrix pipes. I moved the fuel pipes away from the heater pipes and put some insulation around the pipes.

The heat must of been vaporizing the petrol in the pipes causing lack of fuel to the injectors. The power loss was really bad today with the hot weather. It was losing power from 2000rpm and then kept cutting out, fuel starvation!

After moving the pipes I drove the car and it just kept revving :D Engine got to the half way mark and still the M52 lump was revving like it should, with no holding back, hesitating or spluttering. 8)

Never been so happy in ages. Thanks to all the suggestions and help from everyone on E30 zone.......
