which oil is best 5w 40 fully synth or 10w40 semi for a m40

The fully synth. is the best, but the semi is adequate. Both are far superior to what your engine was designed to run on.

Have you ran an m40 on 5w 40? Everyone on the facebook e30 zone says to go with 10w40 but I read on here 5w 40 is better?

I know wat ur saying. But I've never known anyone running there 4 pot on fully synth. N the plonker in hAlgiers told me my engine would blow up on it but despite the majority I'm ggonna go with 5w 40 I think
