Wiring Issues!

Where to start is the main question!!
Half the time my windows work, half the time they dont.

When they dont work the button for my sunroof is illuminated, and if it isnt my windows wont work simple as that!

But if i open my passenger door it allows the sunroof switches to light upo and my windows will then work.
My drivers side used to do this also until yesterday which is very frustrating

Can anyone help me out or point me in a general direction that may help? any wiring wizards? ha

Also my brake lights just suddently went off and all bulbs are okay. Is there a way i can check the switch incase it is also a wiring fault?

The windows work on separate fuses depending if the doors are open or not. Have a read of the link below (you might need to scroll to the bottom)...

It likely to be the bottom option as I also lose my heaters/blowers when the light on the sunroof switch isnt on!
They are currently lived off the CD player wiring and work a charm haha
And the car had a new start motor before i bought it so i will check it all

any ideas on brake lights?
