Just saw this on YouTube. This is for the people who do not understand why the E30 M3 is king.

Did not realise E30 had a 320d???? (They did a 324d)

I am sure that this is an E30 zone for petrol heads and not diesel daily drive zone.

any 320d would be a boat on the track. Even the 320si had to be upgraded to make it better for the track and still not as good as the E30 M3.

 M3 is in a class of its own, no converted bmw will ever have the character and history of the legendary m3 and its raw s14 engine be it faster or slower. Kool video.

Check these official results of real drives on the track and see how an old E30 M3 compares to the new cars on track. We are talking a matter of seconds against cars with over 400bhp

I think you will find the M3 was hardly standard, as was the '69 Camaro who shut EVERYBODY down, including the 458 Challenge ! :D

Quick Camaro. I thought they only went round lamposts/traffic lights not corners.

But as you say, not standard.
