OEM size ARB for M3 v other thicker ones

hi all

does anyone know the size of the normal ARB thickness for the e30 M3 non evo? front and rear?

I have been told you can use ARBs from a 325 sport or the convertible to slightly uprate the thickness as opposed to going H&R or other aftermarket.

is this true?

so M3 is 19mm front and 14.5mm rear.

does anyone know if the 21mm from the cab will fit the M3?
