It isn't very rare at all, both my e30s had this 'mushroom' type of gearstick. Im sure one of the traders on here will have one laying about, failing that, the dealer may still do them but may be No longer available. The 3 colour logo in the middle is also available from the dealers

Wrong !! They are very rare ,can't get them new anymore and not seen one for sale in a long time I've been looking and want one, you may get a haggard in need of re trim one , but they were in the early m3 aswell as tech 1 so they are desirable, you just don't ever see a nice one for sale, in breakers they are always shagged, and anyone with one in their car doesn't want to sell

I was after a gearknob with te mtech stripes like that. Managed to find a 2nd hand 1 but it was in bad condition. Then i found a brand new one. £26.99 and postage was £52.99 from bulgaria.

I pm'd the guy. He said he raised the postage as he dont have them instock. Lol. Surely you wouldnt list it on ebay if its not available or out of stock.

i don't like the one piece ones, they look weird :?

i have a suede light up one with first on the bottom left :D

I love the simple stripe look, it annoys me that noone does the same style for the later oval badge knobs as I want one for my e36, but hate the ///M logo ones :(
cheers,

harry

They do the later oval type with the stripe for E30's.

Should be the same but not 6 speed.
